Reflections on my experiences in the kitchen has brought back many emotions. There is the happiness, the shame,dissapointment and pride. On rare occasions,pain. All of this emotions ties in with the experience of cooking. What makes a good cook? someone who never gives up and practices again and again, someone who just uses Mccain dinner packs and calls that cooking ??

I think that how good a cook a person is depends on the amount of bad experiences they have had in the kitchen..ive had many hence that makes me a good COOK! :P...my latest one involved opening a can of pink salmon with a fruit knife.sheezh..im certainly not going do very well surviving in the wild if i dont have a can opener...argh! i just discovered that i cant make CHAPATI! after all the effort of going to woolies..SHEEZH..now ive got so much of flour in my cupboard..anyone wants some? Or maybe we have a lil barter system going on here I need whole wheat flour not the plain wheat flour that i got...Anyone has some?
