hey..hey...I have neglected my blogging activities for some time..took some time off from hobart and went to melbourne..was alrite..was shopping and shopping and kind of got sick of it after a while:)..yes i know what everyone is thinking..females dont get sick of shopping..its an irrational thought but well that is possible at least for me it is...and of course the other reason why a female could be sick of shopping is that she is broke..:P..sickness from watching all the sale signs and good bargains and knowing that theres no way she can have any of the items..

So its back to reality again...sigh...Good news is that ive completed my law degree hence im an offically an unemployed law graduate..My classes are starting next week for the Graduate Certificate in Journalism..one of my units that im taking is environmental values and it has seriously got me thinking as to whether i am meant to get into the environmental law field... I AM ALL FOR ANIMAL RIGHTS and all...hmm...I must see whether my passion for the environment that i was so full of when i was younger can be revived in the next 13 weeks of the course.

Speaking of animals..i have finished reading this amazing book..Life of Pi by Yann Martel..Very amusing and sad at the same time..it revolves around Pi whose passionate about religion and embraces all three main religions in the world..he's hindu by birth and then becomes a christian and a muslim as well. Whether anyone could actually commit themselves to loving god in such three diffrent religions in reality is questionable but alas there are free thinkers out there...those who have no particular grip on a religion but have faith in God..one God for all....

ME, being a Hindu myself.. as everyone knows its not a religion but a way of life..I love everything being about a Hindu...it doesnt force and give you conditions to fulfill in order to prove your love for God but it just gives you the freedom to love God in any way u want..therefore i believe a Hindu gives her or his love willingly and from his or her heart...God...im unworthy to even converse with you for i have sinned but i ask of you for forgiveness and i know deep in my heart that you love me for im blessed with so many gifts...i am indeed very lucky...

Pi must be loved by God very deeply as well as he survived the sinking of "tsimtsum" cargo ship, he and his family were travelling to Canada and transporting precious cargo with them, his fathers animals, Pi's father was a zookepper and was forced to shut down the zoo and sell the animals to a zoo in Canada in order to receive funds for his familes new life in Canada.

The story then slowly takes a twist when he suddenly realises himself stranded in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with a hyena, Bengal Tiger and an orang Utan on a lifeboat..It certainly is a must be read book..how is Pi going to survive? Ill leave that for you to find the answer..:)..

I loved the ending of the book..thats what i love most about the book the intelligent way the ending was written and eveyrthing becomes clear and rational..if you like..:)..and no,its not ONLY for kids book...highly recommended for mature adults :P..Aight..ill sign off now..see ya people..
